Return Policy

If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, our goal is to make sure we resolve the issue promptly and completely to your satisfaction.

Here is what you need to know before you contact us:

  • We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • If you need to return an item to us, make sure you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from CE Supply Store before you ship the item back to us. You will need to write the RA number on the outside of the package. CE Supply Store cannot process a return if it does not have an RA number.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all products returned for credit, unless the product is defective.
  • Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card originally used in the purchase.
  • CE Supply Store will not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or shipping.
  • To fully process the return and issue credit back onto a credit card takes approximately 3-4 weeks

  • Name of the Person who Purchased the Product
  • Date of Purchase
  • Order No.
  • Product Name
  • Product Code / Item No.
  • Reason for Returning Product

Once we receive this information, we will research your issue and get back to you promptly regarding the next steps. If you are authorized to return a product back to CE Supply Store, please send it to the following address:

Make sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Any returned product that CE Supply Store receives without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender.
